Solid PLA components for a defined product system
The PLA range covers four delivery heads, two applicator shapes, a silicone support pad, vial and syringe-compatible heads, and solid sheets. Press, stamp and push heads list 36 needles; the roller-type head lists 120. These four head formats use nominal 200–300 µm geometry and 3 / 5 mL reservoir options. Applicator patches list 300–1,000 µm and clear or customized colors. The catalogue positions these components for topical-serum delivery, skin-firming and skin-repair concepts. That positioning needs system-specific review: material, geometry, intended use, topical formulation and user group determine the evidence and classification route. A connection or reservoir is a mechanical feature rather than proof of injection capability. Compare each component below before selecting the sample format, sterile-supply requirements, package dimensions and development deliverables.

OEM / ODM configuration

OEM / ODM configuration
Cat-paw applicator patch
- Needle material: PLA
- Nominal needle height: 300–1,000 µm
- Array type: Non-dissolving
- Appearance: Clear; custom colors available
A solid applicator component for evaluation with a defined topical system. Do not assume that a supplied geometry is appropriate for any user or application.

OEM / ODM configuration
Round applicator patch
- Needle material: PLA
- Nominal needle height: 300–1,000 µm
- Array type: Non-dissolving
- Appearance: Clear; custom colors available
A solid applicator component for evaluation with a defined topical system. Do not assume that a supplied geometry is appropriate for any user or application.

OEM / ODM configuration
Silicone support pad
- Accessory material: Silicone
- Compatibility: PLA applicator-patch formats
- Function: Support for the illustrated applicator-patch format

OEM / ODM configuration
Roller-style vial head
- Needle material: PLA
- Array type: Non-dissolving
- Catalogue pouch: Paper–plastic pouch, 9 × 9 cm
The portfolio describes skin-channel formation for topical ingredient delivery and labels the paper–plastic pack as sterile. These are scope-review references: sterile supply requires the exact validated process and batch documents. Mechanical syringe compatibility does not establish injectability, approval or safe clinical use.

PLA microneedle sheet
- Needle material: PLA
- Array type: Non-dissolving
- Protective packaging: Thermoformed tray + aluminum pouch
- Tray dimensions: 9 × 9 cm
- Pouch dimensions: 11 × 16 cm
The catalogue positions this sheet for topical-delivery tool development. Material, geometry and intended use require separate review.

Buyer questions
Are PLA tools dissolving microneedle patches?
No. The PLA configurations use solid, non-dissolving arrays. HA dissolving patches and rollers are listed separately.
Are the 3 / 5 mL values delivered doses?
No. They describe reservoir options for the four delivery-head formats; delivered amount and intended use need separate validation.
Is sterile packaging automatically included?
The catalogue describes a sterile paper-plastic pouch for vial and syringe-compatible formats. Confirm the validated sterilization process, product scope and batch release documentation before specifying sterile supply.

Intended use and market pathway
The intended application must be defined for each tool and topical system. For US projects, FDA guidance treats classification as dependent on intended use and product characteristics. Its microneedling-device information states that the devices are not approved to deliver cosmetics, medicines or other topical products into skin. Review the complete tool-and-formulation system before specifying supply.
